My final project will be revolving around the coronavirus pandemic many photographers have been documenting the pandemic as it it affects the entire country. I have researched a few of these photographers in order to help inspire my own project.
JJ Waller is a Brighton photographer that has been taking picture of residents during lockdown. Waller said he has been using his daily exercise to record his fellow citizens and how they are coping behind closed doors. Waller said its vital to document this moment in history and has detected both fear and hope in the people of Brighton.
“Technically it is a real challenge because I only get maybe a few minutes to shoot individuals and families who come to the windows or doors. But I am also honoured that I have their trust to do this,” said Waller.
